摘要

Abstract

The South-to-North Water Diversion into Miyun Reservoir Storage Project is the key part of Beijing complete set of South-to-North Water Diversion Project and the latter part of this project transfers water from Huairou Reservoir to the Miyun Reservoir through three pum-ping stations. In order to achieve the goal of efficient and economical operation of this project,based on Beijing Time of Use rule,taking the minimum unit cost of cascade pumping stations in water conveyance system as the objective,considering Huairou Reservoir storage capacity, water head loss of delivery line,flow balance and total lift as constraint conditions,this paper used the large system decomposition-coordina-tion model to solve the aim of ten-day optimized dispatching and economic operation of this project. The large system was divided into two sub-systems(cascade pumping optimization allocation model and ten-day optimized dispatching model),and this paper adopted the Dynamic Programming method to realize optimization of each subsystem and then realized the global optimization of the large system. The model has a strong practicability,which can provide theoretical basis for the efficient and economical operation of this project.
