大鼠股骨Masquelet诱导膜实验模型的建立
Establishment of rat femur experimental model for studying Masquelet induced membrane

Abstract
Objective To establish an SD rat femur experimental model for studying the Masquelet induced membrane.Methods A total of 24 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,with 12 rats in each.A 4 mm bone block from the femur was removed in each of the two groups,and we used the steel plate to fix.The space was filled with PMMA cement spacers in the observation group,while in the control group,we did not do.The postoperative eating,defecation,walking,incision healing and complications were recorded.At 4 weeks after operation,the induced membrane tissues in the area around PMMA cement blocks of the observation group and in the osteotomy area of the control group were collected;HE staining was used to observe the histopathological changes;X-ray films were taken on the limbs of the two groups to observe the alignment of the osteotomy ends and the looseness of the steel plates and screws.Results In both of the two groups,no rats had postsurgery symptoms of dysporia and eating disorder;rats walked normally on the second day after the surgery;no wound problem and infection were found.In the observation group,one rat's surgery limb had sustained swelling and knee movement restriction.In the observation group,the induced membrane was richly cellular,and the formation of large vascular network as well as bres oriented parallel to the PMMA could easily be identified.Histology analysis showed significantly decreased blood vessels in the control group.In the two groups,the steel plates and screws were in place with no loose.Conclusions A SD rat femur experimental model for studying the induced membrane is successfully established.关键词
