摘要
Abstract
The protein content of silkworm pupa protein viscose fiber was determined by automatic Kjeldahl apparatus. Dry weight of sample, copper sulfate content, potassium sulfate dosage, concentrated sulfuric acid dosage,digestion temperature and digestion time were chosen as test factors,and protein content was selected as the test index. SPSS software was used to establish the orthogonal test. Through design optimization of orthogonal test, intuitive analysis and variance analysis of test results, a set of optimal scheme to determine protein content of silkworm pupa protein viscose fiber, and the optimal scheme was verified. The optimal scheme is as follows: dry weight of sample 0.2 g,copper sulfate dosage 0.2 g,potassium sulfate dosage 10 g,concentrated sulfuric acid dosage 12 mL,digestion temperature 420℃ and digestion time 45 min.关键词
