苯并[b]荧蒽对大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞的氧化损伤效应
Toxic Effects of Benzo[b]Fluoranthene on Alveolar Macrophage
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the toxic effects of benzo[b] fluoranthene on alveolar macrophages,the rat AMs were treated with Benzo[b]-fluoranthene at different concentrations,MTT assay was carried out to evaluate the cell viability after exposure to Benzo[b]fluoranthene,moreover,the activities of antioxidant enzymes and MDA content were determined by kits following the manufacturer's instruction.The results showed that Benzo[b]fluoranthene caused the decrease of AM SOD activities and GSH content and increased MDA content in a dose-response manner,and benzo[b]fluoranthene induced ROS generation.The results suggest benzo[b]fluoranthene-induced oxidative damage may contribute to impairment of organism.关键词
