老年病人临终关怀照护需求问卷的研制及信效度检验
Questionnaire compilation and reliability and validity test on hospice care demand of elderly patients

Abstract
Objective:To compile an evaluation questionnaire for assessing hospice care demand of elderly patients in China and test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Methods:Based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and Social mother theory,the questionnaire item pool was formed through literature researches and the qualitative interviews of 8 elderly patients and 8 family members.The primary drafts were formed through expert consultations,panel discussions,and preliminary investigations.A total of 300 questionnaires were sent to test the reliability and validity,280 valid questionnaires were obtained.Results:There were 7 common factors extracted by exploratory factor analysis in hospice care demand questionnaire for elderly patients,the cumulative contribution rate was 72.845％,which was eventually divided into 7 dimensions and 38 items.The overall retest reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.889,and the total Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.923.The content validity index(I-CVI) of each item of the questionnaire was above 0.8.The content validity index(S-CVI) of the questionnaire was 0.947.The correlation between and items and the total score of the questionnaire was 0.375-0.812.The correlation r-value among all dimensions of the questionnaire in this study was 0.177-0.660.the correlation r-value between all dimensions and the total score of the questionnaire was 0.494-0.843.The structure validity was good.Conclusions:The hospice care demand questionnaire for elderly patients had good reliability and validity,and it was suitable for assessing the hospice care demand of elderly patients.关键词
