乳腺癌病人希望水平对心理韧性的影响及应对方式的中介作用
Influence of breast cancer patients' hope level on psychological resilience and mediating effect of coping style
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship among hope,coping style and psychological resilience of breast cancer patients,and further explore the mediating role of coping style in the effect of hope on psychological resilience.Methods:A total of 213 patients with breast cancer in a third Grade A hospital in Shenyang city were investigated by the general information questionnaire,the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Herth Hope Index(HHI),and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ).Results:The breast cancer patients' total score of psychological resilience was positively correlated with hope,facing and avoidance,and was negatively correlated with yield.The hope was positively correlated with facing and avoidance and negatively correlated with yield.Facing and avoidance coping style played a partial mediation role between hope and psychological resilience.Conclusions:The hope level played an important role on psychological resilience of breast cancer patients;the facing and avoidance coping style played a partial mediation role on the effect of hope on psychological resilience.关键词
