肿瘤病人术中急性压疮危险因素评估指标的聚类分析
Risk factors evaluation indexes of intraoperatively acquired acute pressure ulcer in patients with cancer: a cluster analysis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the classification of risk factors of intraoperatively acquired acute pressure ulcer in patients with cancer and to select typical indicators.Methods:A total of 91 cancer patients with intraoperatively acquired acute pressure ulcer and 364 patients without pressure ulcers were investigated.Cluster analysis and Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the risk factors.Results:The risk factors of intraoperatively acquired acute pressure ulcer in cancer patients were classified into three groups.The first group included American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score,classification of cardiac function,age,vasoactive drugs,intraoperative change of position,and diabetes mellitus.The second group included sex,Body Mass Index (BMI),Pre-skin condition and serum albumin The third group included glucocorticoids,intraoperative blood loss,actual operation period and intraoperative hypotension.The ASA score,BMI and actual operation period were the typical indicators of each group.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that ASA score,the use of glucocorticoid,cardiac function classification,actual operation period,intraoperative hypotension,BMI and intraoperative blood loss were the risk factors of intraoperatively acquired acute pressure ulcer in patients with cancer (P＜0.05).Conclusions:The clustering analysis and Logistic regression analysis had a good consistency.The screening indexes were more simplified,and some related indicators were excluded.The results provided a reference for establishing the rapid screening evaluation indicators in the operation room and provided a method in classification and screening of nursing related risk factors.关键词
