糖尿病足主要照顾者反应与病人应对方式的相关性研究
Correlation research between response of primary caregiver diabetic foot patients and the patients' coping style

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the correlation between the response of primary caregiver of diabetic foot patients and patients' coping style.Methods:A total of 102 patients with diabetic foot and their primary caregivers were investigated with Caregiver Reaction Assessment (CRA) and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ).Pearson correlation analysis was used to discuss the correlation between the reaction of caregivers of patients with diabetic foot and patients' coping style.Results:The score of self-esteem dimension of caregiver's reaction was (3.22±0.34).The rest of the negative results of each dimension score ranking from high to low were:(2.97±0.59) for the economic problem,(2.73±0.68) for the time interrupted,(2.15±0.49) for health problems,and (2.06± 0.66) for lacking family support.The scores of patients' coping style included(17.66 ± 3.75) for confrontation (9.71 ± 2.56)for yield,and (15.44 ± 3.30)for avoidance.Patients in grade 1-3 of Wagner were more likely to adopt confrontation than yield chosen by patients in grade 4-5 of Wagner,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).All dimensions of caregivers' reaction were correlated with the patients' coping style.The self-esteem dimension of the caregivers' reaction was positively correlated with the confrontation of the patients' coping style (r=0.28,P＜0.01),and was negatively correlated with yield and avoidance (r=-0.23,P＜0.05).The negative reaction in caregiver reaction was negatively correlated with confrontaion(r=-0.34-0.21,P＜0.05),and positively correlated with yield and avoidance(r=0.20-0.42,P＜0.05).Conclusions:The more positive reaction from the primary caregivers,the more positive coping style the patients could take,the more negative reaction from the primary caregivers,the more patients tended to take negative coping styles including yield and avoidance.关键词
