蜈蚣油对中国白兔深Ⅱ度烧伤组织中VEGF、IL-8表达水平的影响
Research on influence of centipede oil on VEGF and il-8 expression levels in deep II scald tissues in Chinese rabbit

Abstract
Objective:To detect the effect of centipede oil on Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and Interleukin-8 interleukin 8(IL-8) expression level in deep II scald wound surface tissues of rabbit,in order to reveal its mechanism on reducing scald wound surface edema and promoting healing.Methods:A total of 45 rabbits with deep II scald wound surface were randomly divided into 3 groups,the observation group using centipede oil for external application,the control group using moist burn ointment for external application;the model group with no processing.Wound morphology observation was conducted at the moment of scald,1 day,3 days,5 days,and 7 days after scalding.Pathological sampling was conducted before the scald,after the scald,and 7 days after medication on wound tissue HE staining and immunohistochemical VEGF and il-8 were detected.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in the wound healing areas on the 7th day of scald among all groups(P＜0.05).Compared with the model group,the expression level of VEGF significantly increased in the observation group and control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The expression level of IL-8 was significantly reduced and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The centipede oil could reduce the deep Ⅱ scald wound surface edema and inflammation reaction by improving the expression level of wound tissue VEGF and reducing the expression level of IL-8,in order to promote wound healing.关键词
