百合品种的分类及遗传多样性研究
Study on the genetic diversity and classification analysis of Lilium cultivars
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]In order to effectively preserve,accurately evaluate,and seasonally utilize lily resources,genetic diversity and classification analysis were conducted with different lily cultivars.[Methods]The genetic diversity of 65 lily cultivars was analyzed with 16 phenotypic traits using statistic software.[Results](1)Richness of both quality and quantity traits were varied among different cultivars.(2)Genetic differentiation was obviously demonstrated a-mong petal traits and fertility.(3)Principal component analysis showed that phenotypic and phonology traits acted as mainly indexes for lily characteristic identification.[Conclusion]A high level of genetic diversity existed in lily culti-vars.Reasonable planting pattern of lilies in garden should be determined according to cultivars' first flowering time and height,and reasonable planting space was tested as:15cm×15 cm,20 cm×20 cm,and 30 cm×30 cm.关键词
