Abstract

[Objective]In order to find out the superior improved variety of Dalbergia hupeana,[Methods]in the sunny slope 150 m below sea level of the hilly mountains of Jiangsu,11 mother trees of D.hupeana,which is basically con-sistent with no pests and diseases were collected,the germination experiment was carried out in laboratory and the seedling experiment was carried out in nursery.[Results]The result showed that the excellent degree of 11 mother trees of D.hupeana from high to low was 11,10,2,3,5,6,9,7,8,4,1,of which there are four excellent mother trees,fol-lowed by Lianyungang Haizhou Jinping Mountain(No.11),Xuyi Iron Mountain Temple(No.10),Jintan Mao Dong Forest Farm Triangle Hill(No.2)and Stone Hill(No.3),there are four general mother trees in the middle,followed by Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry Phoenix Mountain(No.5),Jurong Mill Forest Farm Das-hankou(No.6),Xuzhou Forest Farm Spring Mountain(No.9)and Jurong Baohua Mountain Guodiwa(No.7)there are three poor mother trees in the end,followed by Jurong Dongjin Forest Farm Fangji(No.8),Jintan Mao Dong For-est Farm Jijin Peak(No.4)and Liyang Wawu Mountain(No.1).[Conclusion]The result of the study will provide sci-entific basis for the development and utilization of D.hupeana germplasm resources,collecting improved D.hupeana variety and seedling-raising.
