煤矿区果菜类蔬菜重金属富集特征及污染风险评价
Enrichment characteristics and pollution risk assessment of heavy metals in fruit vegetable around coal mine

Abstract
[Objective]This study was aimed to recognize the migration routes,enrichment characteristics,and pollution hazards of heavy metals in vegetation near coal mines.[Methods]The samples were collected near Qi Nan coal mines, and heavy metal contents in the soil and different organs of fruits vegetables(cowpea,eggplant,and pepper)were ana-lyzed.Richness of heavy metals at root system and transportation ability in the fruits in different vegetables were com-pared.Pollution levels and health risks of heavy metal in edible parts of vegetables were evaluated by using the compre-hensive pollution indexes and heavy metal exposure risk indexes.[Results]Results indicated that the average contents of Cd,Cr,and Ni at 0.347 mg·kg -1,72.614 mg·kg -1,and 41.189 mg·kg -1,respectively,in soil of coal mining area were higher than the average occurrence values in Anhui province and the average content of Pd at 17.125 mg·kg -1was lower than the provincial average values.A significant difference of heavy metal contents was observed in different or-gans of fruit vegetables.The contents of heavy metals in vegetable leaves and roots were obviously higher,while it was the lowest in the fruits of vegetables,and the levels of heavy metals richness were various in different vegetable varie-ties.The order of richness capacity in the root of vegetables for the soil heavy metals was as to Cd > Pb>Ni>Cr,and Cd enrichment factor of eggplant was 0.565.The level of transport capacity of the vegetable fruit for the heavy metals of the root was as the order of Pb>Ni>Cd>Cr.The transfer coefficients of the eggplant fruit were significantly high-er than that of cowpea and pepper,and the transfer coefficients for Pb was the largest at 0.565.Heavy metal pollution level of vegetable soil in the coal mining area was fairly high,and eggplant was significantly affected by heavy pollu-tion,while cowpea and peppers were easily affected by either light or moderate pollution.No obvious health risk was observed for residents in coal mine area through the intake of Cd,Cr and Ni from vegetables,but it might be harmful to the health through the intake of Pb.[Conclusion]There were significant differences in the characteristics of heavy metal en-richment in fruits vegetables,and the vegetables in coal mining areas were contaminated by heavy metals at various levels.关键词
