盐酸羟考酮缓释片在中重度成人癌痛门诊治疗中的疗效及安全性
Efficacy and safety of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablet in outpatient treatment of moderate or severe adult cancer pain

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablet in outpatient treatment of moderate or severe adult cancer pain.Methods The efficiency,pain relief effect and adverse reaction of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablet were analyzed retrospectively in 49 outpatients with moderate or severe adult cancer pain.The efficiency and pain relief effect were compared in different gender,education level,first-visit pain degree,pain types and transferring condition.The treatment was considered to be effective with VAS score decreasing by 25.0％ or above.The complete obliteration of pains was considered to be total relief,VAS score decreasing by 75.0％ or above was evident relief,VAS score decreasing by 50.0％-74.9％ was moderate relief,VAS score decreasing by 25.0％-49.9％ was mild relief,and VAS score decreasing by 50.0％-74.9％ was no relief.Results The total effective rate of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablet was 81.6％,of which,there were 3 cases (6.1％) of evident relief,25 cases(51.0％) of moderate relief,12 cases(24.5％) of mild relief and 9 cases(18.4％) of no relief.VAS score of the last visit was significantly lower than that of the first visit(3.4 ± 1.6 vs 6.0-± 1.4,P ＜ 0.01).The effective rate of patients with organ pains was significantly higher than that of patients with mixed pains (94.1％ vs 62.5％,P ＜ 0.05).The effective rate showed no significant difference in different gender,educational level,pain degree and transfer conditions.The first-visit pain degree had influence on pain relief effect.The last-visit VAS score of patients with moderate pain was significantly lower than that of patients with severe pain(2.8 ±0.9 vs 4.5 ±2.1,P ＜0.01).The gender,educational level,pain types and transferring conditions had no influence on pain relief effect.The dosage of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablet for 49 patients was (89.5 ± 45.6)mg/d at the last visit.The gender,educational level,pain degree,pain types and transferring conditions had no influence on drug dosage.The incidence of vomiting was 38.8％ (19/49),incidence of constipation was 55.1％ (27/49) and the incidence of dizziness,sleepiness and dysuria was respectively 2.0％ (1/49).All adverse reactions were relived after adjusting dose and symptomatic treatment,and no other severe adverse reactions were found.Conclusion Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablet has a significant and safe efficacy in outpatient treatment of moderate or severe adult cancer pain and the tablet has a better pain control effect in patients with moderate cancer pain and patients with organ pain,so it is worthy of further application and promotion.关键词
