Investigation and Analysis of Hepatitis C Screened by Chemiluminescent Immu-noassay
目的 探讨化学发光免疫分析法对丙型病毒性肝炎(丙肝)筛查的适用性,同时了解宁夏地区丙肝的感染现状,为其预防和控制提供科学依据.方法 收集2011～2015年在宁夏医科大学总医院就诊的采用化学发光免疫分析法(CIA)检测的所有丙肝抗体(抗-HCV)数据共209 889例,依据美国《2003CDC实验室抗-HCV检测及结果报告指南》,将有反应性病例分为弱阳性(0.9≤S/CO值≤8.0)和阳性(S/CO值＞8.0)两组;依据2015更新版《丙型肝炎防…查看全部>>
