银改性介孔碳吸附脱硫
Research of adsorption desulfurization with silver modified mesoporous carbon

Abstract
A silver modified mesoporous carbon(Ag/CMK-3) was prepared with mesoporous carbon(CMK-3) as a carrier and AgNO3as an active component. Characterization of CMK-3,Ag/CMK-3 and the Ag/CMK-3 after the adsorption of dibenzothiophene(DBT) was performed by XRD, FTIR,TEM and N2adsorption-desorption. The experimental results showed that compared with the CMK-3,the Ag/CMK-3 was improved in saturated sulfur capacity and breakthrough sulfur capacity by 2.6 mg/g and 1.6 mg/g,respectively. The characterization results showed that the Ag/CMK-3 maintained the highly ordered mesoporous structure of the CMK-3,silver particles were homogeneously dispersed in channels of the CMK-3 and the particle size thereof could be controlled at about 2.5 nm;the surface acidity was increased,and the specific surface area,the pore size and the pore volume were reduced to some extent. Both silver particles and hydroxyl groups on the surface of the CMK-3 had chemical interactions with the DBT. Meanwhile,the ring-opening reaction of the DBT occurred in the process of adsorption,resulting in C—S bond rupture.关键词
