Abstract
With N-isopropylacrylamide as monomer and clay as crosslinker,two-layer composite hydrogel was prepared by two-step photopolymerization method. The two-layer hydrogel with different poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) contents is obtained through regulating the monomer content,and characterized by FTIR,SEM and elemental analysis. The mechanical properties and temperature response of the hydrogel are investigated. Experimental results show that using clay as a physical crosslinker for the preparation of hydrogel gives the two-layer composite hydrogel strong mechanical property. The difference in poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) contents gives the hydrogel the ability of thermo-sensitive bending-unbending deformation. The two-layer composite hydrogel has the advantages of good mechanical performance,fast deformation,large deformation scope and reversible deformation.关键词
