超支化聚氨酯多元醇的反应动力学
Reaction kinetics of hyperbranched polyurethane polyol

Abstract
A hydroxyl terminated hyperbranched polyurethane polyol(HBPU) was prepared with isophorone diisocyanate and trimethylolpropane as monomers by solution polymerization in the absence of catalyst,and kinetic study was performed on the reaction by a dibutylamine titration method. The experimental results showed that the reaction of the HBPU was divided into two steps,i.e.,a pre-polymerization reaction and a polymerization reaction. The optimum conditions for the pre-polymerization reaction were n(NCO):n(OH) 2:1,reaction temperature of 80 ℃ and reaction time of 1 h. The optimum conditions for the polymerization reaction were n(NCO):n(OH) 1:3,reaction temperature of 80 ℃ and reaction time of 2 h. The pre-polymerization reaction of the HBPU kinetically followed a second-order reaction with the reaction activation energy being 71.4 kJ/mol,and the polymerization reaction kinetically followed a third-order reaction with the reaction activation energy being 51.1 kJ/mol. The activation energy of the polymerization reaction was less than the activation energy of the pre-polymerization reaction,so temperature had greater influence on pre-polymerization. With no catalyst,the autocatalytic effect of carbamates played an important role in the polymerization reaction of the HBPU.关键词
