比色法测定金属酞菁中钴含量的影响因素探索

Abstract
Nitroso R salt is selected as the color reagent to determine the cobalt content in the cobalt phthalocyanine by the colorimetric method,where the effects of factors such as sample decomposition degree,the sampling amount,the developing time and the developing temperature on the determination of cobalt content are investigated,the test conditions are optimized and the comparison with the atomic absorption method is made. The results show that the cobalt content is less affected when the sampling amount is between 0.02-0.10 g;in the sample decomposition stage,when the solution is heated to blue,cobalt ions can be completely released;when the developing time is 5 min,the color reaction is basically completed;the determination of cobalt content is greatly affected by the developing temperature,while the measuring temperature imposes almost no effect on it;the developing temperature should be consistent with the temperature of plotting the standard curve when cobalt content is determined;the nitroso R salt colorimetric method is simple,accurate and reliable for the determination of cobalt content in metal phthalocyanine,and it is suitable for the determination of cobalt content in cobalt phthalocyanine.关键词
