摘要
Abstract
The empirical research on the judicial judgment of the live broadcast shows that the litigants and judges of the case have disputes on the attributes of the live broadcast program screen.The controversy behind the judicial judgment shows the debate about the protection of the live broadcast program screen.The live broadcast program of sports events should be defined as"the works created by the method of making films",and the copyright protection should be in line with the development trend of sports industry.The amendments to Copyright Law should introduce the concept of"right to spread to the public",so as to provide further protection for the live broadcast program screen.关键词
