核心训练及其预防运动损伤的作用研究进展
Core Training and Its Preventive Effects on Sports Injuries
摘要
Abstract
At present,core training includes"core strength training"and"core stability training".The core strength train-ing is the effective promotion and training of the balance and stability of the body,and its training focuses on the stable training of the deep muscle group and the effective control and adjustment of the nerves related to the muscles.Core stabili-ty training is to strengthen the local and overall stability of the body by regulating the neuromuscular control system.The focus of previous studies is on the core training theory and its relationship with sports performance.and there are few relat-ed reviews about the core training to prevent sports injury.This paper summarizes the research progress of core training re-lated theories,core strength and core stability training in sports injury,in order to enrich the basic theory of sports training and national fitness,and to provide reference for the sports injury prevention.关键词
