摘要
Abstract
Choose the First Affiliated Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University as the pilot unit, to the empirical study of information service. Based on the LibQUAL+?model, the paper builds informationists' service evaluation system. Through repeated measurement method on the object of study, the paper evaluates informationists' service before and after by the user satisfaction. It analyzes service quality survey and puts forward the optimization tactics of the informationists' service.关键词
