硫丹对鱼类的毒性效应研究进展
Advances in toxic effects of endosulfan on fish
摘要
Abstract
The acute lethal toxicity,cytotoxicity and histopathology of endosulfan on different fish species were summarized.The effects of endosulfan on physiological and biochemical indexes of fish as well as its genotoxicity and reproductive and developmental toxicity were reviewed.The future researches should be focused on joint toxicity of endosulfan and coexistent pollutants and toxicological mechanisms of endosulfan on fish.In addition,it is necessary to study transgenerational and multigenerational effects of full lifecycle exposure in future.关键词
