Tensile Properties of Bolted Joints Between CFRP and High Strength Steel Plate
以单螺栓单剪连接[0°/90°]4s环氧树脂基碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)/高强度钢板(DP980)为研究对象,对接头宽度和端距进行了匹配设计,用试验和仿真手段,分析连接结构在承受拉伸载荷作用时的失效过程和破坏模式.结果表明:接头宽度和端距对接头破坏模式影响很大,接头宽度对接头刚度影响较大,端距对接头刚度影响较小,一定范围内接头宽度和端距对接头强度影响均较大;接头宽度与螺栓孔径的比值≥6、端距与螺栓孔径的比值≥3时,接头强度趋于最大值,并且破坏…查看全部>>
An experimental study on the effect of width (W) and edge distance (E) on single-lap,single-bolt,[0°/90°]4s epoxy carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) with highstrength steel DP980 joints is presented in this paper.Failure processes and failure modes of the CFRP/DP980 joints bearing tensile loads are studied.It is found that the failure modes largely depend on the width and the edge distance of laminates.The width of laminate has a great influence on the …查看全部>>
