摘要

Abstract

The experiment was conducted to study the effects of edodes residues on growth,quality and photoynthetic characteristics of garlic seedlings,six different treatments were set as the culture substrate for the garlic seedling according to the volume ratio of edo-des residues and vegetable garden soil,and the vegetable garden soil without edodes residues was as control.The results showed that:the growth,pigment and quality indicators of garlic seedlings in the culture substrate added edodes residues were significantly higher than that of control, and also the photosynthetic parameters of leaves were enhanced. The best ratio of the culture substrate was the vegetable garden soil 85% and edodes residues 15%,compared with control,the growth indicators of garlic seedling including height, cauloid length,diameter,fresh weight,and dry weight were increased by 39.7%,38.0%,61.8%,54.3%,and 54.3%,respectively,the pigment indices including chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll a+b, and carotenoids were increased by 55.8%, 64.1%, 48.6%, and 50.0%,respectively,the quality indicators in cauloid including free amino acid,Vc,soluble sugar,soluble protein,and allicin in-creased by 50.3%, 42.6%, 36.2%, 66.5%, and 36.4%, respectively, while in leaves increased by 34.8%, 16.5%, 20.7%, 32.5%, and 69.8%,respectively.
