Abstract
The seeds of Lavandula angustifolia cv.'Provence Blue' were used as experimental materials. Using two-factor randomized block design method,the effects of GA3concentration and processing time on seed germination and seedling growth were studied.The results showed that,the effects of GA3concentration on seed germination indexes were higher than processing time,and their interac-tion had significant effects on germination energy,germination rate,germination index and vigor index (P<0.01).Compared with CK, the germination time of the seeds was advanced 3~13 d by GA3treatments. According to comprehensive evaluation of membership function,the optimum treatment of L.angustifolia 'Provence Blues'was processing 12 h with 800 mg·L-1GA3,which the germination time was 5 d, and the germination rate, germination index, vigor index, seedling height and the length of root were up to 73.33%, 73.33%,0.394,0.0190,4.92 cm and 2.58 cm respectively.关键词
