摘要

Abstract

In order to meet the requirements of high power density and high efficiency for airborne and missile servo drive systems,an efficient driving technology of brushless DC motor(BLDCM)based on parallel SiC MOSFET architecture is pro?posed. On the basis of the analysis of the nonuniform current mechanism,the independent driving method is adopted to improve the parallel current sharing effect of SiC MOSFET with discrete four?tubes. In view of the high dv dt generated in the high?speed switching process of SiC MOSFET,a synchronous acquisition method based on PWM signal is proposed to improve the ro?bustness of the driving system effectively. The driving system of 25 kW BLDCM is used as the application object. The effective?ness of the above method was verified with experiments.
