不同杂交组合改良北塔山土种牛生长性能与肉用性能的比较
Comparison of interbreeding of native-born Beitashan cattle with other cattle breeds in improving growth and meat performance
摘要
Abstract
In this experiment,the growth performance indexes and meat performance indexes of the first-filial generations of Angus cattle,Limousin cattle,Simmental or Xinjiang brown cattle crossing with native-born cattle on the Beitashan pasture were compared.The results showed that the four breeds of foreign cattle had had significant effect on the hybridization with the native-born Baitashan cattle.And,the interbreedings of Meomu Zan cattle and Simmental cattle as male parent both had better effect on the first-filial generations in three-month-old body weight,six-month-old body weight,12-month-old body weight and 18-month-old body,and in weight gain,body size,carcass weight,net meat weight,slaughter rate,net meat rate,carcass meat rate and so on than those indexes of the control group and the other two test groups.Therefore,it is recommended that,on Kitamura Ranch,Limousin cattle or Simmental cattle are selected male parent in interbreeding to improve the native-born cattle.关键词
