猪回肠末端“T”型人工瘘管术的改进
Improvement of "T" type artificial fistula surgery of porcine terminal ileum
摘要
Abstract
With the development of modem animal nutrition,artificial fistula technology for digestive organs of animals has become a basic experimental method of research in animal science and veterinary medicine.Generally,the fistula is installed into an animal to collect various metabolites in the body to experiment with.In this study,a particular method for fistula installation into porcine terminal ileum was introduced,and was compared with traditional installation methods in terms of selecting fistula,the surgical site,the fixation method,and so on.The results showed that all the animals (100％) survived the introduced surgery that possessed such advantages as the fistula not falling off,the operated site recovering quickly,and postoperative care being easy.All these provide reference for instal lation of artificial fistula at the porcine terminal ileum关键词
