Abstract
Objective To compare the anesthetic effects and safety of three anesthetic regimens in squint correction.Methods A total of 90 children patients with squint were randomly divided into groups A,B and C (n=30,respectively) and received squint correction.Group A was anaesthetized with remifentanil propofol and group B with fentanyl propofol,and group C was routinely anaesthetized.The correction effects,the changes in the heart rate (HR) and mean arterial pressure (MAP) at T0 (10 minutes before wakeup),T1(restoration of spontaneous respiration),T2 (wakeup) and T3 (10 minutes after wakeup) and the incidence of complications among the three groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the duration of operation,correction effects and the incidence of complications among the three groups (P ＞ 0.05).The wakeup time in group A was much shorter than that in groups B and C (P ＜ 0.05),and that in group B significantly shorter than that in group C (P ＜ 0.05).There was no respiratory depression in group C.The incidence of respiratory depression in group A significantly decreased (P ＜ 0.05) and had no significant difference from that in group C (P ＞ 0.05).The HR at T0,T1 and T3 showed no significant difference among the three groups (P ＞0.05).The HR at T2 in groups A and C was significantly lower than that in group B (P ＜ 0.05).The MAP at T0 and T1 showed no significant difference among the three groups (P ＞ 0.05).The MAP at T2 and T3 in groups A and C was significantly lower than that in group B (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Remifentanil combined with propofol can significantly shorten the wakeup time in the anaesthesia in squint correction for children patients and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
