Abstract
Objective To analyze the risk factors of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) in the patients with pulmonary infection.Methods The clinical data of a total of 90 patients with pulmonary infection were retrospectively analyzed.The patients complicated with MODS constituted a study group (n =60),the remaining patients a control group (n=30).The common data,laboratory indexes on admission and relevant scores between the two groups were compared.The risk factors of MODS in the patients with pulmonary infection were analyzed.The relevant indexes between the survival group and the death group in the study group were compared.Results Single-factor and multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that age ≥ 50,number of complicated basic diseases ≥≥ 5 and high fasting blood-glucose (FBG),APACHE Ⅱ scores and pulmonary infection scores were the independent risk factors of MODS in the patients with pulmonary infection,and the conduction of mechanical ventilation therapy and rational use of antimicrobial agents were protective factors (P ＜ 0.05);the age,the number of complicated basic diseases and the FBG,APACHE Ⅱ scores and pulmonary infection scores on admission in the death group were higher than those in the survival group,and the proportion of the conduction of mechanical ventilation therapy and rational use of antimicrobial agents was lower than that in the survival group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Advanced age,many complicated basic diseases and high FBG,APACHE Ⅱ scores and pulmonary infection scores are risk factors of MODS in the patients with pulmonary infection and affect prognosis.The conduction of mechanical ventilation therapy and rational use of antimicrobial agents are protective factors and can improve prognosis.关键词
