Abstract
Objective To explore the design and application process of an anti-contracture multi-function finger climbing appliance. Methods Ninety six cases of patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the time of admission successively, with each group 48 cases. The single number was the observation group, which was treated with contracture multi-function fingers climb orthotics, and the double number was the control group, which was treated with regular exercise mode. Effect comparison and statistical analysis was separately performed after 10, 20, and 30 days. Results The results indicated that the control group was higher than the observation group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The contracture multi-function finger climbing corrector can effectively prevent and improve the muscle contracture, stiffness and dysfunction of the hand. During the operation, the family members should be teached to operate it, and the operation should be followed gradually, so as to make the exercise lasting and uninterrupted, and gradually improve and restore the function of the patient's hand, so as to achieve self-care and improve the quality of life of patients. The results of clinical trials show that the correction effect is significant and worth promoting.关键词
