Abstract
Objective To explore the values of clinical diagnosis in AECOPD with pneumothorax by lung ultrasound. Methods The test results of chest CT, lung ultrasound and X ray for 52 cases of AECOPD with pneumothorax were observed. The sensibility, specificity and precision of lung ultrasound and X ray were analyzed. Results The image analysis results in different severity of pneumothorax assessment for three ways of checking were the same. There was no significant difference on the rate of AECOPD with mild pneumothorax, moderate-severe pneumothorax, hydropneumothorax by chest CT, lung ultrasound and X ray (P>0.05). The rate of missed diagnosis for lung ultrasound were lower than X ray (P<0.05). The sensibility, specificity and precision for lung ultrasound were better than X ray, especially in mild pneumothorax checking (P<0.05). Conclusion The lung ultrasound is handled easily with well accuracy. It is worthwhile to be used.关键词
