Abstract
Objective This paper aimed to discuss maintenance method and accumulate maintenance experience by analyzing the common failures of compressor of PB840 ventilator. Methods System structure and work principle of compressor of PB840 ventilator were studied, and the fault phenomenon was analyzed and summed. Results Common faults of compressor of PB840 ventilator in our hospital were concentrated in air supply systems. Three common faults were solved after maintenance, and the basic maintenance methods were mastered. Conclusion Ventilators and compressors are well maintained and managed for clinical importance. Regular and active maintencance of equipment can reduce the occurrence of malfunction and maintenance expenditure,which ensure safe and effective treatment for patients.关键词
