摘要
Abstract
Objective In order to further standardize and unify the process of disease reporting in our hospital, and prevent the occurrence of late, omission, misstatement and other phenomena, a disease monitoring and reporting system was designed. Methods This system was designed by adopting the thought of data automatic generation, audit link control and result statistic analysis. Through using the basis data of LIS and HIS, the basic information of patients who met the requirements of infectious diseases and all kinds of chronic diseases were extracted by writing corresponding stored procedures and triggers. Finally, according to the hospital disease reporting process, these report forms created by using tools such as Bootstrap framework and jQuery Ajax were reviewed and reported. Results The running of disease monitoring and reporting system in our hospital could improve disease reporting work, save time and improve work efficiency. Conclusion The timeliness, accuracy and completeness of the disease monitoring and reporting are realized through the application of this system, the next step will be to explore how to better use of these data to assist in research, and realize data docking with the centers for disease control and prevention.关键词
