Abstract
Objective Since the promulgation of pilot opinions on the reform of urban public hospitals, a series of measures had been implemented by our hospital to adapt to the new trend of the medical reform. The purpose was to gradually reduce the proportion of consumables and regulate the use of medical consumables, especially high-value consumables in our hospital. Methods Various methods such as administrative intervention and information management were used for consumables control by goods and material department. Results Through continuous management and control, the proportion of materials in our hospital dropped from 37.32% to 34.44%, and the proportion of high-value consumables fell from 27.18% to 25.87%. Meanwhile, the number of consumables with high value of single surgery was also decreased more or less. Conclusion The control of consumables is a gradual process that needs to be gradually optimized. It is also a process that requires overall coordination and multi-sectoral cooperation.关键词
