Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of precision management in operating room mirror equipment management. Methods The operating room endoscopy equipment management team was set up in this paper. The team was managed by two or more supervisors who were in charge of the above positions and had some knowledge of electronic equipment. Meanwhile, a specialized team leader was established in each of the following specialized groups such as thoracic surgery, general surgery, urology, gynecology and so on, and each group had 3~4 members. Results The number of failures of endoscopic equipment in each year before and after the implementation of accurate management was summarized and compared. The results showed that the failure rate of the endoscopic equipment decreased obviously and the normal utilization rate of the endoscopy equipment was greatly increased. Conclusion The endoscopic equipment is in good condition, the service life of the endoscopic equipment is prolonged, and the maintenance cost is reduced through the implementation of precise management, which is conducive to increasing economic benefits of departments and hospitals, increasing the satisfaction of medical care and medical patients, and improving the harmony of doctor-patient relationship.关键词
