高温高压制备玻璃态化合物AsS的微观形貌
Microstructure Analysis of Glassy Compound AsS Prepared by HTHP
摘要
Abstract
The compound of AsS was prepared by high temperature and high pressure(HTHP),the pressure at 2.5GPa and the temperature at 900K. For the obtained samples,the XRD 、SEM and EDS were analyzed. The results showed that AsS binary compounds were prepared rapidly by HTHP. The phase and microstructure analysis of the samples showed no obvious grain boundaries and showed obvious glassy state. The energy spectrum of the samples showed that the atomic ratio of the amorphous compounds As and S was close to 1:1.关键词
