摘要

Abstract

More Electric Aircraft (MEA) has become the trend of aircraft development,and is a hot research topic.Electro-hydrostatic Actuator (EHA) is one of the key technologies of MEA.The state of the art of EHA mainly uses a axial piston pump driven by a rotation servo motor as the system energy source.The construction of the axial piston pump is very sophisticated,but has several disadvantages in a servo control system,such as short lifetime limited by severe internal friction and wear,slow response limited by the relative large rotation inertia,and difficulty of redundancy configuration.In this research,a linear piston pump driven by a linear oscillation motor was designed,which has advantages of the conventional piston pump and also improves transmission performance in an EHA system,and a novel collaboration rectification structure was proposed.A simulation model is established,the simulation results verified the function of this pump.
