人字槽狭缝节流动静压气体轴承的静态特性研究
Static Characteristics of Hybrid Journal Bearing with Herringbone Slot-restrictor

Abstract
For hybrid journal bearings with herringbone slot-restrictor,a three dimensional model is developed by the software SolidWorks,and the model is zonally meshed by the software ICEM.The influence of bearing parameters such as bearing speed n,slot types (continuous slot and discontinuous slot),slot number m,herringbone groove number N and eccentricity ratio ε on static characteristics of hybrid journal bearings with herringbone slot-restrictor is studied by the software Fluent under the ANSYS environment.The results show that the effects of discontinuous slot and continuous slot on bearing capacity,static stiffness and gas consumption of hybrid journal bearings with herringbone slot-restrictor are the same;in consideration of bearing capacity,static stiffness and gas consumption,the static characteristics of discontinuous slot are better than that of continuous slot;the static characteristics of hybrid journal bearings with herringbone slot-restrictor are optimum when the eccentricity ratio ε is about 0.6,the herringbone groove area occupies about 0.1 of the inner surface area of the bearing S,the number of herringbone groove N is 10 ~ 12,the number of slot m is 7,and the slot width b1 is 16 ~ 18 μm.关键词
