摘要
Abstract
Aimed at an electro-hydraulic proportional axial variable piston pump with pressure and flow control,its entire model is built by AMESim.Pressure characteristics of the variable pump are researched by simulation,and the influence on pressure characteristics of pump is studied in particular when parameters of electro-hydraulic proportional reversing valve are changed.The simulation reveals that the larger we set the value of spring stiffness and spring prestressing force in electro-hydraulic proportional reversing valve,the larger the steady values of output pressure in variable pump will be;on the basis of avoiding the mass of proportional reversing valve being too small,we try to reduce the mass and select proper diameters of valve and damping hole,which can decrease output pressure overshoot and improve working quality of variable pump.关键词
