摘要

Abstract

This paper aims to provide a blueprint for Nuclear Energy 5.0 (NE 5.0), discussing its concept, system architecture and platform technology. We start with a discussion on the social foundation for NE 5.0. Then we illustrate the background of NE 5.0's emergence, which is the rise of virtual digital industry together with its definition, essence, contents, system architecture and application areas. Next we discuss the novel platform technology of NE 5.0 including internet of minds, knowledge automation, developmental artificial intelligence, large-scale co-evolutionary techniques, industrial blockchain,etc. Finally we present two application case studies of NE 5.0 in nuclear power system,i.e.,security assessment of nuclear power plant control system and nuclear power plant digital I&C system.
