慢性病患者照护者益处发现的研究进展
Research Progress on the Benefit Findings of Caregivers of Patients with Chronic Disease
摘要
Abstract
As its morbidity has increased year by year,the chronic disease has become a major global public health problem.Chronic diseases are characterized by complex etiology,long duration and high readmission rate,resulting in a decline in physical strength and inconveniences to patients.Therefore,caregivers of patients with chronic diseases are gaining increasingly prominence.This article summarized the research progress on the benefit findings of caregivers of patients with chronic diseases both in China and abroad.Results showed the major factors that influenced the benefit findings of caregivers included demographic characteristics,cognitive and coping styles and social support.Moreover,Benefit finding scale (BFS),Positive Aspects of Caregiver (PAC) and Posttraumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI) were main assessment tools.Furthermore,the effective interventions were summed up as multidisciplinary intervention,exercise intervention,group support intervention,and written expression intervention.Clinical research on the benefit findings of caregivers of patients with chronic diseases is in the ascendant and more research is needed in the future.关键词
