mRNA and miRNA Regulates Animal Muscle Growth and Development and the Research Progress on Sheep
摘要
Abstract
In animals,mRNA and miRNA play important roles in animal muscle growth and development.Muscle growth and development is a vital stage in animal life process and has effect on animal meet performance.Recent investigations have identified and validated more and more mRNA and miRNAs that regulate formation of animal muscle,muscle cell proliferation and differentiation,etc.In this review,we summarized the mechanism of animal muscle formation and recent progresses onregulatory mechanisms of mRNAs and miRNAs,we also summarized the research of mRNA and miRNA in sheep.We hope to provide insights into breeding of meat sheep in further research.关键词
