单胎与多胎早产儿视网膜病变发病率的比较
Retinopathy of prematurity in multiple-gestation in Kunming children's hospital
摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine differences in incidence of retinopathy of prematurity between multiple-gestation and single-gestation and to analyze differences in severity of ROP among multiple-gestation and single-gestation in Kunming.Methods 1791 cases of prematurity and infants with birth weight was equal or less than 2000g were examined by Retcam Ⅱ and birth weight,gestational age,number of gestation,stage of ROP,oxygen time,time in hospital were recorded.(May 2010～March 2017).Datas were analyzed using x2 test and t test.Results 1211 singles with 198 ROP cases (16.35％);580 multiples with 119 ROP cases (20.52％).The comparison between two groups was statistically significant.In this study,among all ROP patients,severe ROP (≥3 stage) is18.61％,and the incidence of serious pathology among singles is 18.69 ％,multiples is 18.49％,no statistical significance between the two groups.Conclusions In Kunming,the incidence of ROP is 17.70％.The incidence of ROP in multiples is higher than singles,but serious pathology is not different.关键词
