不同遮盖时间对远视性弱视治疗效果的影响
Effect of patching time on hyperopic amblyopia children
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of different patching time on hyperoPic amblyopia children aged from 3 to 8 years.Methods Two hundred and eighty-four amblyopic children were collected.According to the result of retinoscopy after mydriasis,all patients underwent refraction correction and 2 hours or 6 hours or more than 12 hours of daily patching.Results For amblyopic children whose baseline BCVA ＜0.3,6 h/d group and full-time patching had higher cure rate,shorter the time needed for basic cure and better fusion function recovery effect,compared to 2h/d group.Among those children whose baseline BCVA ≥0.3,the improvement of simultaneous vision and fusion function in group 2h/d and 6h/d was better than full-time patching.Conclusion Hyperopia amblyopic patients underwent different patching regimens therapeutic,efficacy of amblyopia was different.That mild or moderate amblyopia children adopted part-time patching regimens is conducive to the establishment of stereo vision function,severe amblyopia children adopting longer patching regimens is conducive to improving amblyoPia cure rate,shortening the treatment course and the establishment of stereo vision function.关键词
