广州地区出生体重2-2.5kg早产儿视网膜病变筛查情况分析
Analysis of retinopathy of prematurity with birth weight between 2kg and 2.5kg in GuangZhou area
摘要
Abstract
Objective To survey popularity and clinical characteristics of retinopathy of prematurity in Guangzhou area in infants with birth weight between 2000g and 2500g.Method The data concerning infants who were performed retina screening in Guangzhou Women and Children Health Care Center from June 2015 to December 2016.The computer-aided ocular fundus imaging was used to examine premature infants for ROP.1860 infants (3720 eyes) with 1024 males and 836 females were examined.Their gestation age was 33+2 weeks (26+4～36+6weeks),and birth weight was (1920±326)g,(900～2490g).Birth weight less than 2000g was confirmed as low birth weight.921 infants (1842 eyes) were examined.Birth weight between 2000g and 2500g was confirmed as high birth weight.939 infants (1878 eyes)were examined.Chi-square was used for this study.Results 128 ROP patients with different stages were diagnosed.Which was 6.88％.In low birth weight group 88 ROP patients were diagnosed.Which was 9.55％.47 of them needed to be treated.Which was 53.41％.In high birth weight group 40 ROP patients were diagnosed.Which was 4.26％.2 of them needed to be treated.Which was 5.00％.There was difference in the incidence and severity of ROP between two groups.Conclusion The prevalence of ROP was 4.26％ with birth weight between 2000g and 2500g in Guangzhou area.Though there was difference in the prevalence and severity of ROP between two groups.2 patients needed to be treated.In Guangdong province screening for infants with weight less than 2500g is important to reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and blind children.关键词
