早产儿RetCam Ⅲ眼底筛查前后眼压差异的临床分析

Abstract
Objective To study on the changes of intraocular pressure following mydriasis in the screening of premature infant's fundus with the RetCam Ⅲ.Methods The lOP of 71 cases (142 eyes)in the premature infants was measured with the iCare before and after mydriasis and after screening following the screening of fundus with RetCam Ⅲ.The changes of the IOP before and after dilatation of pupils,and after screening of fundus were campared and assessed.Results Paired T-test was used to stactistically analyze the changes of the IOP before and after dilatation of pupils,and it proved to be not statistically significant (P＞0.05).As compared with the changes of the IOP after mydriasis and after screening,the change was significantly different (paired T-test,P＜0.05).Conciusions Fast mydriasis with the Compound Tropicamide Eye Drops can not cause the ascension of IOP in infants following the screening of fundus,but it can cause the ascension of IOP after screening with the RetCam Ⅲ.关键词
