平面化慢波结构行波管的研究
Study on Planar Slow Wave Structure of Traveling Wave Tubes
摘要
Abstract
Solid-state devices have advantages of low operation voltage,small volume and low cost,but their output power is low and the working frequency band is narrow.Vacuum electron devices have advantages of high output power,high efficiency,wide bandwidth and long life,but the volume of them is large and the cost is high.Amplifier owing both above advantages is the goal pursued by researchers,and the planar traveling wave tube is a new developing direction under this goal.This paper introduces the planar traveling wave tubes reported by IVEC from 2010 to 2017,which reveals the development path of these new devices,so as to point out the direction for the future development.关键词
