On Dilemma in Implementation of Regional Vocational Education Mixed Ownership System and Its Countermeasures

Abstract
Mixed ownership system schoolrunning mode is a new breakthrough in the reform of the teaching mode in education, which is a new breakthrough in the reform of vocational education, which is of positive significance in the mixed ownership of education. Through the analysis of the problem of the mixed ownership of education mixed ownership in Weihai region, the main problems are weak legal foundation, weak reform motivation and weak management ability. This paper puts forward the idea and countermeasure of the mixed ownership, that are to renew the concept of government, carry on the top-level design and develop the policy to support the mixed-ownership. We should try the form of multivariate cooperation to complement each other, improve the management structure of running schools, adopt corporate governance and multi-participation management mode, and strengthen supervision and management to ensure the quality of education.关键词
