新加坡高等职业教育创新发展路径及启示——以南洋理工学院为例
On Innovation Development Path of Singapore Higher Vocational Education and Its Enlightenment to China——The Case of Nanyang Polytechnic

Abstract
In the history of Singapore higher professional education, the innovation and development of Nanyang Polytechnic is undoubtedly remarkable. Nanyang Polytechnic has achieved great-leap-forward development mainly through four big innovation development paths that are"unbounded"campus culture,"teaching factory"school-running concept,"no shelf life"training strategies and"project orientation"teaching pattern. The higher vocational colleges should strengthen the identification of values to build the campus culture of higher vocational characteristics, introduce the real environment of enterprises to deepen reform of talent training mode, strengthen the construction of the double-quality teachers group by using the internal training and external introduction, and improve the training program for talents to cultivate innovative technical and skilled talents.关键词
